Andertons Extra Terms of Service
Introduction & General Statement
These terms of service exist to further clarify details about the Andertons Extra service in order to protect both “you”, the consumer of the service, and “us” (Andertons Music Co.) the provider of the service.
By subscribing to Andertons Extra or using the AndertonsExtra.com website you are agreeing in full to these terms, so please read them carefully before proceeding.
Subscription to the Service
As a member of Andertons Extra you are granted access to an archive of Andertons content as well as exclusive content available only on this platform. To use Andertons Extra, you must have Internet access and have provided a valid payment method. Depending on your selected plan Andertons will automatically bill you when your membership renewal is due (date shown My Account > Manage Subscription) unless a cancellation request has been made. Our Cancellation and Renewal Policies are explained in further detail below. As a subscriber to the service you must be aware of and abide by the policies laid out on this page. Should you be found in breach of any policy found here Andertons retains the right to cancel your membership and, in serious cases, revoke all access to the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of the terms of service and use the platform in a responsible and lawful manner. As a member of Andertons Extra you have access to special deals (such as free shipping and discounted items) on the main Andertons website. As a subscriber to the service you agree only to use these promotional deals for personal orders within your household. Any distribution of these deals outside of your household is strictly forbidden.
Payment & Billing
Your billing cycle will be dependent on the date on which you signed up for Andertons Extra, and the billing period you selected when you signed up.
On your payment date, we will automatically attempt to charge your payment method on file. You can view your next payment date, manage your payment methods and update expired cards by logging in and going to My Account > Manage Subscription. We will endeavour to warn you in advance of cards which are due to expire soon so you can update your payment method.
When a payment is due, if we are unable to take payment from your payment method on file, or you have removed all payment methods from your account, we will send a series of reminder emails to add a new payment method. If we have still been unable to take payment after 9 days, your subscription will be terminated with immediate effect. You will no longer have access to the service, and no refund will be issued.
Should you wish to cancel your subscripton you can do so from the "My Account" area. Your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation and you will have access to the service until the end of the term you have paid for, after which time your access will be automatically revoked. We will cease charging your payment method on file.
Upon cancellation you will not be entitled to any refund for any historical subscription period, or for any unused days of the current subscription period.
Changes to The Service Offering or Price
Andertons may change the price of the Andertons Extra service at any time with notice. Should changes to the service be imposed, we will do so with one calendar month's notice, and contact affected subscribers to notify them of the change.
Over time, Andertons may offer additional tiers of service which grant more or fewer benefits to existing or new customers. Should you wish to change your service, please log into your account and contact us.
Andertons from time to time may offer promotions to existing or new customers which grant users additional benefits or services. Andertons retain sole discretion as to which customer/s are eligible for such promotions. Eligibility for promotions will be communicated in on-site and email communications to users as appropriate.
Withdrawl of Service
Andertons may terminate this service at any time without notice. Upon any termination of service, we will stop providing the benefits of Andertons Extra, and stop charging all customers for those benefits.
You will not be entitled to any refund for any historical subscription period, or for any unused days of the current subscription period. Any outstanding payments related to the service will be due in full immediately.
